Jesse: Male mixed race marriage to Martina. Mid forties playing age.
Martina:
Wife of Jesse Mixed race. Mid forties playing age
Thom: Teenager (15ish) big bullying type
Kelly: Teenager (13-16) normal Girl
William: Well spoken male, mid forties
Jennifer: Well spoken female, mid forties
Victoria: Well spoken (13-16) Teenager
Gavin: Well spoken (14/15) Teenager
Jed: 15ish typical teenage lad type
Jules: 15ish typical teenage lad type
Kylie: 13 – 16 Chavvy teen
Tina: 13 – 16 Chavvy teen


Smaller roles
Sarah: Teenage daughter of Jesse (13ish) normal girl
Heather: Martina’s sister adult playing age
Monty: Camp bullying boss mid to late 50’s+ playing age
Gordon: Camp but undermined partner of above mid to late 50’s playing age

Small roles
Andrea: Female factory worker (+ background artist)
Alan: Male factory worker (+background artist)
Theatre manager: Male or female adult

Note: Some of the principal roles will have

songs to sing as will Monty and Gordon

Auditions

 

We are holding Auditions for our next production.

 

We are looking for street dancers, actors, dancers & singers
between the ages of 12-16 years of age,
to form the principle youth ensemble.

We are also need adults of all ages to act/sing
in principle & chorus roles.

Auditions to be held on

Sunday 20th July 15.00 – 17.30
at Shaw-cum-Donnington village hall.


Actors will need to bring with them a prepared piece to read,
dancers & singers will need to supply a backing track to
which they are to perform to.

Street dance groups will also be considered.
